ENS provides documentation in hard copy, CD and DVD.  The documentation can be provided in various formats and embedded in the clients drawing structure when required.   All component manuals and system operation manuals are delivered as part of the documentation.  Installation drawings, site drawings and operator guides are provided as part of the project documentation delivered to the client.

ENS provides training at the component level for the software and hardware.   Instruction at the system and network level is also available.  ENS provides a train the trainer course for companies with training capabilities.  The course contains lecture, system operation demonstration, student hands on system operation, temporary license for the software and a CD for each student.
