Communications paths using fiber optics or cable plant may not be available in all environments and locations. An integrated
system of wireless, wireline, and satellite technology maybe required to interconnect and transport information from data gathering
points to a central location. This may require fixed and mobile sites covering a few miles, hundreds of miles or thousands of
miles depending on the application and terrain. Typically these types of networks use wireless technology as a key element
in a point to multipoint and a point to point configuration.
ENS has successfully designed and deployed a broadband wireless network throughout a large metroplex. We have also designed networks for remote and international applications. This also includes complex power schemes.
Video networks are fundamental to modern day security and safety for people and assets. Our networks are designed with the most
advanced video, biometric and communications technologies. As an example the cost of oil and natural gas has dramatically increased
over the last few years. Pipelines, storage tanks and pumping stations are often located in isolated areas and above ground
thus exposed to access and damage by thieves and saboteurs. The requirement to monitor, record and identify an intruder has become
a critical capability to defeat present and future negative activity.
Effective monitoring requires a video network to keep an eye on assets and set alarms for intruders. These video networks may
be fixed or mobile sites to support the equipment, which may be required to be hardened as well.
