Charles E. Huffman, President and Chief Executive Officer - Mr. Huffman has over 25 years experience in general management,
business development, product development, and system deployment. He has held positions as Chief Technology Officer for TelOptica,
Inc., International Group Vice President for DSC Corporation, and Chief Scientist for Telecommunications Rockwell International.
Mr. Huffman has a very strong history in general management, business development, and the development and deployment of a wide
range of advance technologies and systems on a global basis. He has worked in TEMPEST and a wide variety
of advanced security technologies and system architectures. Mr. Huffman served as a Captain in the US Air Force. He was national
chairman of Committee T1X1. He received his BSEE from Christian Brothers University and attended graduate schools at Southern
Methodist University and Virginia Polytechnic Institute. Mr. Huffman has been awarded 13 patents.
Laurence M. Cottingham, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer - Mr. Cottingham has been involved in corporate management
and growth in the areas of corporate finance, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. He has served as a director and consultant to
Luscomb Aircraft Corporation, Sunnaire Airlines, and the OTH Group. He was General Counsel to Merchants, Inc., Assistant to the President
of National Empire Life Insurance Company and an Assistant Professor of Law at Southern Methodist University. He served as a Lieutenant
in the US Air Force. Mr. Cottingham earned a BA from Southern Methodist University, and a JD and an LLM (Taxation) from The School
of Law, Southern Methodist University. He also earned an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Hugh A. Knowles, Executive Vice President and Chief Engineer - Mr. Knowles has over 30 years industry experience and possesses significant
knowledge of networking, equipment, site construction, program management, regulatory affairs, operations management, and contribution
center responsibility. He was a senior enterprise network and planning engineer at AT&T. He held the position of Director
for network engineering, operations, and construction at MCI. Then was president of HK Associates doing communications and program
management consulting in the US and Europe. He also has a strong track record for bringing new technology and services from
engineering design concepts to deployment for revenue generation.
Robert W. Clark, Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer - Mr. Clark has over 25 years industry experience. He has extensive
global knowledge in technical implementation and management of large complex systems. He also served as Vice President Operations
for TelOptica Inc., Vice President Customer Network Services for Alcatel, and Vice President Global Customer Services for DSC Communications. Additionally, Mr. Clark has planned and implemented numerous Customer Support Centers around the world which included state-of-the-art
Customer Network Operations. Mr. Clarks project experience includes implementation of secure voice, data, cable, and video networks
throughout the USA as well Japan, China, Italy, Mexico and the United Kingdom. Mr. Clark attended North Texas State University
and University of Texas at Dallas.
